Cody, Monica, and Lorelai | Bay Area Family Photographer

This family, I’m sure, is what every photographer would call “dream clients”. Monica contacted me several months ago and swelled my head up with compliments. She put complete trust in me with the location, timing, outfits, everything. When the session started, she kept reiterating that they would do whatever I told them – because she trusted me. Let me tell you – that’s music to a photographers ears 🙂

Although I loved Monica’s attitude, the main reason this family was such a gem was little Lorelai! I usually tell mamas not to stress about their kids smiling for photos. To be honest, as soon as the camera comes out and the pressure is put on, kids don’t want to cooperate. That’s normal. But not for Lorelai! The camera came out and she just kept on shining her pretty smile…she made my job EASY (it helps that she has the cutest little smile I’ve ever seen)! Watching these three interact with each other, I saw how simple and easy love can really be. Monica would snuggle Lorelai in and she would get the biggest smile on her little face. A simple kiss on the forehead from Cody made Monica break into a big smile. When you really love each other, everything can make you smile just because you’re together.
