Summer Saratoga Springs Wedding

Chris and Anabel’s summer Saratoga Springs Wedding was the quintessential California day! Mild temps, redwood trees, and a warm, fun group welcomed guests in. Greg and I scouted the venue before arriving at Saratoga Springs Inn for getting ready photos. We were amazed with the beauty and grateful for how many photo spots there are! We loved working at Saratoga Springs because it felt remote and tucked away; a far difference from the typical Bay Area wedding venue! If you love redwood trees, natural creeks, and river boulders, this might be the venue for you.

Travel was the theme of the wedding and notable decor included table signs from different cities the couple visited, a globe guest book, and vintage suitcases overflowing with florals. Chris is an airplane mechanic, which allows them to travel with perks. Their travel wedding theme was the perfect reflection of who they are as a couple! Anabel created a lot of the decor and her hard work showed! In true Saratoga Springs fashion, there were beams of light showering the creek bed. We capitalized during couple photos! As I was taking photos of just Anabel, Chris whipped out his phone and snapped a photo of her. “New phone background!” I heard him say.

The crowd was so fun and it showed on the dance floor! We love when the dance floor spans generations and that diversity was present. It’s so fun watching people of all backgrounds connect and have fun together! At the end of the day, Chris and Anabel went home married – the sign of success on any wedding day.
